Orders placed after 4 PM (GMT) are treated as next-business-day orders.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To qualify, items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in their original condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned. We do not accept exchanges; customers wishing to exchange an item must purchase the new product and return the original under our standard return process.
